Post engine mods
Hi I am new to this forum and am not too sharp with computers

I HAVE A FORTWO 450 PURE 50 2004 (47K)

I have just brought the car and am in the middle of a engine rebuild (burnt ex vavle on No1)
new piston rings timing chain kit and all new valves
while it apart need some advise
does my car have a cycle valve, I cant remember seeing one when I stripped the engine out.
the reason I ask is the when its done I looking at getting the ECU remapped when it up and running.
but while its apart what are the best mods to do.
I have read how to fit a cycle valve (boost valve solinoid) but if I get it remapped should I bother or is it a good idea
I am going to change the TIC pipe/hose for a bigger one and mod the air intake
Advise please ASAP
Many Thanks

Post Re: engine mods
It will have a cycle valve, but they usually need replacing!
Tik pipe no bigger than 60kw
Remap by all means
Change non return valve on left top of engine
ITG air filter
Fuchs esther based oil
Shell 'V' power and Millers fuel additive +2ron
Oil is flippin hellish expensive....but you get what you pay for.
Oooooh, and put where you are in the world or I get shitty!!
