windscreen wipers wont stop

 windscreen wipers wont stop Help,
Windscreen wipers when turned off sometimes refuse to stop, this can happen in all modes ie fast or slow and the intermittent wipe is constant. I would think its a relay fault because the only way to stop them is to switch the ignition off or remove the fuse. Where is the windscreen wiper relay how do i identify it? Any help gratefully received

Is this a Roadster or a forTwo?
have you looked at Evilution's web site (link at top right of the this web page) and searched for fusebox?

Re: windscreen wipers wont stop Sticking wiper relay is my guess. Easy to replace if you have an older Smart with a Zee. You need to open out SAM and unsolder relay if yours has a SAM. There are different versions of the SAM unit. Thanks for the info. I have a smart roadster so will have a look at the SAM unit/fuse box as suggested
